 artment of Clinical Epidemiology & Biostatistics  Dr. Gordon Guyatt is
  an internationally renowned medical researcher who has published over
  750 peer-reviewed articles in medical journals, many in the most well
 -known and widely read publications.  Dr. Guyatt has a long involveme
 nt in health policy issues.  He has made important contributions to C
 anadian health policy debates by applying the methodology of systemati
 c reviews to health policy issues, in particular the outcomes of priva
 te for-profit versus private not-for-profit health care delivery.  He
  has been a leading spokesperson for the Medical Reform Group, a docto
 r's group that advocates for high quality health care for all Canadian
 s.  In 2011, he was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada.  Arm
 ine Yalnizyan Senior Economist, Canadian Centre for Policy Alternative
 s   One of Canada's leading progressive economists, Armine Yalnizyan j
 oined the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives in 2008 to advance t
 he work of the Inequality Project.  She is a regular panellist on the
  weekly Big Picture Panel of Canada's premier business and economics n
 ews show, CBC TV's Lang and O'Leary Exchange.  She is one of the orig
 inal and most read contributors to the Globe and Mail's online busines
 s feature, Economy Lab, and also writes columns for Canadian Business 
 magazine. She is a founding member of the Progressive Economics Forum,
